I love this app because I have severe tachycardia due to a couple of heart conditions and this helps me track patterns in my heart rate while keeping the data so I can show my providers. I have compared this app to a manual pulse and pulse ox and it is completely accurate!
This app does not work at all
BeeBeer2026
I downloaded Heartbeep because the app claims that it can measure your heart rate simply by placing your finger over the phone’s camera. However, I followed the instructions carefully and tried all three camera lenses, but the app was unable to detect my heart rate at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that the instructions in the tutorial do not seem to match the actual app interface, making it unclear how the feature is supposed to work. After multiple attempts, I still could not get the app’s basic heart rate measurement feature to work. This makes me question whether the app functions as advertised and honestly leaves me feeling somewhat misled.I hope the developers improve both the functionality and the instructions. If there are specific requirements regarding iPhone models, camera lenses, or finger placement, these should be clearly explained before users download or pay for the app.
This app and others are FAKE.

If you want to test your heart rate, feel your pulse on your neck, and time 10 seconds and count every time you feel your heart beat. Once the timer is up, take that number and multiply by 6. That is your heart rate. No app can do this by simply touching your camera. You need an external device like an Apple Watch to do that. Do not waste your money on scam apps. The good reviews are botted and are not made by real people. You can go to a website and order a mass amount of good reviews saying that your app is great. Do not trust this.

First time I downloaded the app, it recommended I use the back camera of my eyes iPhone 17.I also paid for the annual subscription of $40.While it appeared to take my pulse, The attempt to save my recording always showed up as zero. The second time I downloaded the app, it required me to use the front camera of my iPhone 17.I was not asked to subscribe for an annual fee. However, this time it did record my reading and asked me for Reminders.Accordingly, I would like my annual subscription of $40 to be refunded as soon as possible!
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
