I have emailed you guys multiple times regarding giving my refund. You guys charged my card during my free trial. Over $100 so being that you charged it during my free trial. Ahead of the date that I had time to cancel it.So I was unable to cancel it in time so you guys got away with charging my card over $100… Just do what’s right and please don’t try to say email you guys because I did multiple times and have not heard nor have I received my refund… This is so not cool and is borderline theft

I just signed up, tried to upload my images, and it keeps pulling trademark images off of premade videos. So I can’t even literally upload my own image with my own logo on it. Due to it pulling the wrong logo. It’s taking away my coin so then in return, I would have to buy more coins when it’s their mistake. Will try quick to figure out how to delete the app and not get charged for it.

changed my product and logo

The idea of the app sounds good, but it changed too much so this free trial was basically a waste of time because it stole my credits and did not give me the correct product. Therefore I will not recommend didn’t even give you the option to give you your credit back once you leave the feedback of the inaccurate product generation.
