I love the game, the stories are cute and they match with each new challenge that you’re supposed to be doing but for some reason, it glitched out on me now, I’m on level 100 and there’s a new story to review, but I tap on it and all of a sudden some weird person walks in my house and my entire screen freezes. My girl can’t move. I can’t tap anything else that person just walks around my house and all my Sims are just frozen and the game doesn’t work anymore please fix it for me. I haven’t even had a baby yet and I can’t figure out how to get my relationship past 12 points, I’m constantly showing my other Sim attention, but it’s been at 12 points in the relationship since I got the other sim so I don’t know if that’s a glitch as well. help please! 🤍 also I feel like there should be a career choice in the beginning and also I feel like the computer should allow us to have a choice to work and make money from the computer. Overall, the game is great. I really enjoy it and I wanna keep playing so please help me fix it.

Really loved this game until I got to 720 and was supposed to unlock this vacation timeline and unlock a bunch of new items to buy for your home as well as new clothing items. I would say about 60-70% of the items did unlock that were supposed to but never got anything like the vacation timeline or the other 30- 40% of missing items. I get it bugs happen, but my biggest issue is not having anywhere to contact a support person or team letting them know of issues or bugs. When I realized that I also realized that there’s no way to save my account either if I had to replace my phone or upgrade to a new one, I would have to start all over no matter what. So not the best game especially since it’s been out for over a year and they still have this big of an issue & they are even using this game as they are marketing of how great they are at game building is just annoying, I’ve seen so much better, sorry but not being able to contact a support person about an issue or bug really freaking annoys me the most. Just save yourself the disappointment and frustration and don’t even start this game….IF these items are fixed or added I will update this review but I really don’t see that happening, still hoping though🤞🏼

I bought the 7.99 pack for gems and cash and when I claimed the day it glitched shut off and took my gems and cash. , also too much time taking care of the peoples. Their health , food , bathroom and chatting runs out way to fast. The energy runs out way too fast. Not enough and the cash given isn’t enough for the furniture bc it’s too expensive. Also if you purchase a piece of furniture the other matches need gems. SMH houses are too small. I want my items I purchased. I contacted support but nothing Update. I bought the 3.99 bundle it too my 110 gems that I had bought and saved. I am requesting a refund don’t purchase from this game they’ll rip you off smh

I like the game but there are a few problems you want it to be like sims but there are only a few things we can do the kids needs more actions that they can do and adult characters items should have an action we can do on everything we should be able to pick if we want to for more kids also pet options to be able to change and I’m stuck on a quest I can’t do because they want a baby to do it also all adult should be able to get a job also we should be able to pick what kind of animal we have. We should also be able to design the pool if our house come to the pool I feel like we should be able to be able to make room rooms bigger in house houses because we’re doing so much to get them and please like we’re getting up there in points and now we’re just stuck in limbo. Nothing to do if we’re not in a chapter then we’re only getting a measly. $50 a thing and we’re wasting half of our energy on it. It’s not fair so amount of money we get for when we’re not in chapters and make 1 million on in life or just open it to FreePlay so basically we’re just gonna go about life more on the sense level yes
