You have no contact when you get ripped off for credits. You have no contact at all, but you definitely have a way to take peoples money. You have to accept what you give us. It cost you to go back and edit for something you made up that we don’t even like. There should be an option of whether you want to pay for it or not and if you do then fine if you don’t, you delete it. An app like this should have a support line.

I wouldn’t recommend getting this app. It’s not very good. I had it for about 5 mins they don’t even give you enough free credit to test the app to see if it’ll work well for you before it asks for money. I don’t mind paying if it actually works. I just hate when they ask for money and the base subscription isn’t even enough to cover a single cost of creation. An example is to make music videos it cost around 1500 credits. Base subscribers get 800 credits for 10$ while monthly subscribers get 3000 credits for 30$. If they hope to do any better give ppl the ability to at least test their app out before asking for a subscription fee which would become a waste if it didn’t work in the end. Side note. First time sign up is only 10 credits which is a joke. Don’t waste your money. I didn’t and I hope if you’re reading this you didn’t either.
