1. I’m trying to add money but it won’t let me keeps saying for me to restart or contact support even tho I just added money prior to that. Must be a bug.2. I love the apps and my pulls but I think shipping would be better if you can atleast bundle your cards because the shipping is a little too high. 🔥Overall it’s great I know it’s new so bugs is obviously gonna happen no matter what and I love the pulls way better than competitors in my opinion. Definitely the gambling app I’ve made the most money off of ever. Not always gonna win but it’s super fun when you do. Zero complaints about the app whatsoever. On the other hand one day my app started saying that theirs a problem on their end and to contact support. I did just that and support told me to wait two days and my account should be back to normal. Came back and same error. Got told to wait 3 days and nothing. Texted them again and was told to use a different card. I used 4 cards total waited varying days and absolutely nothing has been done for my account since it stopped working two weeks ago. Hate that the one gambling app I liked had the most useless customer service. They’ll respond fast enough and it’s not like they don’t exist. But from my experience they did absolutely nothing for me.

So as I was reading the reviews I seen a few people ask if the pay out actually works. Yes it does, I put in $15 bought a few packs, and sold a few cards. In order to cash out you need $6 to cash out. Once you click cash out, it’ll go through verification steps. Such as scanning front and back of your ID for verification, it’ll ask for a selfie and then when that’s all done you can set up a place for deposit, I chose Venmo because it’s easier and safer if anything. But there are other options for payout, the pay out took about 10-15 mins.

They use a 3rd party to verify; then tell you they can’t verify your identity because of a VPN when you give a drivers license and selfie. They don’t require verification at all to give them money. Then if you try to ship(haven’t successfully) they use your balance and you can’t pay just the exact amount. There is also a minimum deposit so you have to overspend just to hope to try to get the cards you have already paid for. You may pull duplicates after resale. Looked for a phone number and realized their FAQ states that if you received an incorrect card and they can’t digitally verify they gave you the wrong card; they will immediately terminate your account. Was hoping for a great app but unfortunately appear to have found a scam.
