I deposited $10 for the $100 bonus bets. Although the app wasn’t working at the time, I switched to the browser. It was very easy to bet, and I did win some money. Withdrew it to my debit card the next day!I’m not sure why people keep claiming scam, but this is not a scam. I will continue to use Onyx Odds!

The app isn’t as fast with real time score and stat updates as the web version, also this trickles into the live betting and general bet selection as well. It will lag or say that “some of my selections can’t be combined into a parlay” or that “some of my selections are no longer available”. Please optimize the app more to reflect real time status and fix the bug that prevents picks/pick combinations. The web version is fine however so I can give 3 stars for overall experience with onyx but app optimization will keep you from reaching 5 for now. Keep improving 🤝

So first of all it’s by email which means they take a while too respond and when whoever is responding does respond they reply with answers I already know like did you try a different credit card or did you try this why can’t they simply fix the issue manually like other apps were they manually fix the problem and implement the fundings in your account rather it be a purchase issue or promo issue the customer support is buns and they need too fix it or hire better employees.

Yesterday I tried to do a team money line and three players parlays all together it acted as it would let me place it so i deposited 100$ into the app come to find out I couldn’t place it after all so I tried to cash out my money back into my bank and it said I couldn’t I had to bet the 100$ and win it back so I did on a safe Moneyline bet -1000 odds won back 109$ and it they said I still couldn’t because it has to be off a bet from -500 or higher lol … I would’ve never deposited my money if the app would’ve told me from the beginning I couldn’t do parlays in the app in general
