I’ve had a really positive experience with the Bandana app so far. It’s refreshingly straightforward and actually feels designed to help people find real opportunities without the usual runaround you get on a lot of job platforms. The interface is clean, the listings are easy to browse, and I like how it highlights roles that are actually hiring now. It made the process feel much less overwhelming compared to other apps I’ve tried.What stood out most was how quickly I was able to find positions that matched what I was looking for. The descriptions felt clear and transparent, which helped me avoid wasting time on jobs that weren’t a good fit. It also seems like they focus on employers who are actively looking for candidates, which is a huge plus.The only small hesitation I had was that a couple of listings didn’t have quite as much detail as I would have liked, but that honestly felt more like an employer posting issue than a problem with the app itself. Overall, the platform still made it much easier to discover opportunities I probably wouldn’t have found otherwise.

I’m not lying or anything but everything in the next sentences is 100% true. I’ve been job searching for MONTHS using indeed, linked in, company websites, using google search and it was rare to get a response back. With this app i saw an ad and i was like eh worth a shot. I made my account and using the 7 day feature i applied to almost every position there was for entry level. Within 3 days i got 4 interviews. This is the BEST APP FOR JOB SEARCHING. God bless this app for actually helping me and deserves all the glaze from me. I would 100% recommend. (Needs to chill on the notis though) can be useful for some though.

As a bit of a tech idiot I was happy to see how easy, quick and intuitive the signup process was, and the familiarity of the display of job matches (like a Zillow or other app producing multiple results with photos). The more info you put into your user profile the better the matches. Makes the painful job hunting process easy to do, from anywhere.👍

The suggestions were often completely irrelevant to my qualifications and when I would click the links to apply the jobs were almost always closed. Sometimes they had been closed for years. Also, they spam you. I finally unsubscribed to the emails because I got THREE notifications before noon. It’s frustrating to be waiting hopefully for an offer letter and instead you are spammed with jobs that are expired postings. Searching by map is an amazing idea and I hope they can fix the other features but right now it isn’t worth my time.
