Not what I expected

I went with the annual Pro plan for $99, and now I regret it. While I was able to cancel through apple (so I won’t be charged next year), I cannot figure out how to request a refund or contact the company. I can’t even find out what my subscription includes. There is zero information on the account tab of the app.Why do I want a refund? So far, none of the images or video clips that I have made look like the person in the photo I uploaded. In addition to the fee, you have to use credits to create anything. You can only upload one image per subject for it to use to create the video or image. Other AI apps that allow 5+ images, so you can do different angles, etc., so the final product more accurately represents the subject.It’s an interesting concept, but the execution is not as good as other apps out there. Don’t get sucked in.

Although the templates and videos turn out prettt decent. The template does not listen to the picture or the words. The picture was not used and the words were not used. I had a very good likelness in a USA jersey and some USA scoreboard etc. I have tried this (and wasted money$) on 4 seperate attempts and stil would not do our prompt or picture. It removed the jersey. I will use my credits I purchased and then ask for a refund. Defintley not worth the money at this point. please do better
