Hold on instead of updating the app that works and everybody is logged into why don’t we just make a new app and make everyone set up a whole new account maybe that will work? Or we could just hand out the old key tags that we have thousands of but we want to promote our stupid app. Rsg group is trying to fix problems that don’t exist, why replace the keytag with an app why replace the app WITH ANOTHER APP. I think there’s no way corporate entities are this stupid and maybe there might be an ulterior motive or smth and a really good reason to develop this app but I genuinely think in this case that these people have no idea what’s going on.

This app is missing basic functions like password resets and email authentication that is commonplace in even the most basic applications. Glitchy and poorly responsive and crashes a lot. The previous app would have benefitted from small quality of life improvements like in app membership management. I don’t know why a whole new app was needed

No longer able to see favorite classes or schedule on multiple gym locations. It is cumbersome to re- select locations each day. The old app listed your favorites across multiple gems so you could see your schedule every day without changing from Gym to Gym.

Horrible communication and forcing people to switch to a new app vs update the old one. The new one is missing basic functionality and the front desk staff seems completely unprepared with help signing in.
