I couldn’t be more thrilled with an app than with this. It’s invaluable! I have several doctors and am at the age where things get muddled and I can’t remember everything. All I have to do is title each visit with the doctor’s name and set to record. The app actually summarises and then expands each point if necessary. Instructions are given at the end of the visit so you don’t go out of the door wondering what advice you were given as you leave the office. It’s the best thing ever, whether you only go to see the doctor every 3 months or every week. Everything is recorded and ready for your next visit and you never forget anything ever again!! Doctor visits can include diagnoses, prescriptions, mental health, reproductive health, family history, insurance issues, and other deeply personal information.The privacy disclosure should be impossible to miss before recording begins: whether the audio leaves the phone, whether outside API providers process it, what is stored, what is deleted, how long data is retained, and what rights Kin claims over deidentified or aggregated health data.Until those answers are clear, users should be very cautious about recording doctor visits with Kin.
