I finally earned enough to cash out, and when I prepare to do so, I try the face scan to verify I am human. However, for some reason, it's taking too long to load, saying that the connection is slow and then saying that the scan failed and there was a critical error. First, I tried making sure I stayed still and straight, and then I checked my internet connection, which had no problems whatsoever. So far, I have already made three attempts, and nothing has worked. I want to know what's going on right now.

I honestly would not recommend Puzzle Play after my experience with them. I completed the required activities and earned $5.17, and when it came time for me to receive the money I earned, I never got it. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end, so it’s extremely frustrating to spend my time completing these games and tasks only to not receive the reward that was promised. It may only be $5.17 to some people, but that is still money that I earned, and if a company is going to advertise that users can earn money, they should actually honor those rewards. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly check, wait around, or wonder where my money went after completing everything that was required. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of a clear explanation or resolution. If there is an issue with a payout, there should be straightforward communication and customer support that actually helps instead of leaving people feeling ignored. I gave Puzzle Play a chance because I expected to receive the money I earned, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of the app. $5.17 is still $5.17, and if you can’t pay users the money they earned, then don’t advertise that they can earn it in the first place. I hope they fix this issue, but based on my experience, I would be very cautious about spending your time completing tasks on this app because you may not actually receive the money you were promised.

So when I first started to play it , I was earning like good pay like 2.00 when the time was up I was like yes finally something that pays dollars not Pennie’s , well that changed now even if I get 100,000 coins and after the timer is up I only get .22 cents I used to get .60 cents come on you guys give us more money for time we take to play your games on the app at least more then a 1.00 every 4 hours would help but nope I don’t ever see that happening lately I been getting .11 cents every 4 hours after 150,000 coins that’s rediclous!! 😡😡 you won’t make any income off this app it took me hours of play and it does pay out but I did get my 5.00 reward after 4 days but at least make the pay outs much higher to increase players this is to is a not fair to people who take 6 hours of the day to play and get .11 cents per 4 hours😡😡 I think I will be deleting the app if I see another .11 cent payout and go back to best play or other apps that pay more money then .11 cents 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I literally started playing last night for approximately 1 1/2 hours and this morning I wanted to check to see how I made out. Well, I already accumulated $4.40+ so I figured I will go ahead and play a bit more to reach the $5 minimum for PayPal. So I played another 30 minutes or so. I reached $5.35 and cashed out. It took less than 30 minutes to complete my face recognition, sent to my email and in my PayPal. I was skeptical due to the reviews but my experience was nothing like those negative reviews. Now I will come back to update my review if I start experiencing those negative reviews and tell my own experience. But as for now, I’m satisfied and I didn’t have to play endless hours of playtime to achieve the minimum. Hope this helps new players. Good luck!👍🏼
