I have noticed an error in the game. The first of the 5 open holding boxes is being skipped. So, you only have 4 boxes to use for extra yarn spools. Also, I have been having issues with level 111. The colored dots aren’t being taken away by the yarn spools. I just completed the level and it won’t register that it’s complete because the dots are still on the board. I took a screen shot. I’ve done this now 5-6 times. I’ve sent an email to your company through the app. No response. Please fix the glitches. I really like this game.

Fun game but…

I really enjoyed this game. Like others say, there are some glitches or bugs. If I fail a level, I have to go back to the home menu and then reclick the level. Otherwise I don’t get the correct boxes. I was really upset when this happened and I spent coins to keep playing and it just froze and lost my coins. I also had a good experience until I came to Level 376. This level is IMPOSSIBLE unless you buy coins. It truly is. I have been stuck on it for too long. I will put money into games I enjoy, but i definitely won’t if I feel like I *have* to in order to pass levels.UPDATE: I have tried emailing support through the app support button but have received no response. :/

Glitches

There have been a few glitches. I’m on board 111 and had used every spool on the board - not one left and there was still yarn that needed to be spooled. I quit in hopes that maybe it would think I passed the board and move me forward. Nothing.Then I noticed on this same board that I could send out say, pink spool and even though there was pink yarn available to go around the spool, it would not pick it up. I feel like I’ll have to quit here until this is fixed.

Fun but buggy

I’d been having a lot of fun with the game but have gotten to the point where the bugs and issues have made it impossible to progress past my current level (391). The glitches have also caused me to lose over 10k coins because when I use them to continue a level it freezes and I have to restart the app. I’ve emailed the developers on 3 separate occasions and haven’t received a response. Until the app is updated and the bugs are fixed, I won’t be playing anymore, which is a bummer because I was liking the game a lot in the beginning.
