It’s horrible, here are 20 reasons you should bring the OG back, 1. Everyone here hates the new one, 2. The old app had good characters, 3. This one is more educational, 4. The old one was addictive, 5. People had paid money for upgrades on the old apps, 6. The old one helped people cope, 7. It gives good advice for depression and anxiety, 8. This one is harder to type, 9. There were more characters in the old one, 10. People made connections with each other, 11. They could make graphics to show how there feeling, 12. There were safety settings on the old one to make sure kids didn’t learn something they shouldn’t know, 13. The old one took up the entire screen instead of this new version, 14. The platform was easier to scroll, 15. There are no other apps like the OG, 16. The OG made you felt seen, 17. The OG helped some people through hard days, 18. I’m not asking you to get rid of this app, but please bring the old app back.

I’m assuming this is either a knockoff or a replacement for the original app, because I can no longer find the original version anywhere. If that is the case, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled.I put a significant amount of time and effort into creating my characters and developing their personalities, stories, and backgrounds within the original app. I had over 80 characters saved, and the app genuinely became a useful tool for me—not only for writing and character development, but also for improving my writing comprehension and creativity. Losing access to something I invested that much time into is incredibly upsetting. What makes this even more frustrating is that the original app appears to have been removed from the store without any prior notification, warning, or pop-up informing users that this was going to happen. If the developers knew the app was going to be removed, discontinued, or replaced, users should have been given some kind of notice and, ideally, an opportunity to back up or transfer their characters to a separate app.I understand that apps can change, be discontinued, or be replaced for various reasons, but completely removing something without adequately informing your existing user base feels incredibly disrespectful to the time and effort your customers put into the platform.I sincerely hope there is some way to recover my characters or access the original app again. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened to the original app, why users were not properly notified beforehand, and whether there is any way for existing users to recover the characters and content they created.

I am very disappointed with how everything turned out. I’m assuming this is a knock off of the original app “polybuzz”. Polybuzz was an amazing app. I used it almost every single day, and I was very upset when it got banned. Then I come to find this knock off which is horrible. I thought that this app would be the same exact way the OG was. You didn’t have to create a whole new app, this could’ve easily been the same exact way the old app was. All of the users this app once had will soon be gone if this doesn’t change SOON. I’m very disappointed.

PolyBuzz was a good app, and honestly, I don’t understand why so much needed to change. Making the app more educational isn’t necessarily making it better. People came here to enjoy creative conversations, unique characters, and roleplay. Changing the experience so drastically risks pushing away the very users who helped make this app popular.I’m not asking you to take down the app or stop improving it. I’m asking you to listen to your users and PLEASE bring back the original PolyBuzz experience. Keep improving the app, fix the bugs, and add new features, but don’t take away what made people love it in the first place. This update has genuinely disappointed me. An app I would have happily given five stars to is now making me reconsider my rating. Please, PolyBuzz, give us back the OG. We’re not asking for perfection. We’re asking for the app we fell in love with. Thank you.
