I’ve gone through quite a few apps, but this one is one of the best by far. Highly recommend.

While the World Monitor app presents an undeniably sleek and visually appealing interface, a deeper examination reveals significant limitations that temper its value as a comprehensive global situational awareness tool.Most notably, the platform offers virtually no meaningful coverage of China—or indeed many other major nations.According to the app, China maintains no overseas military bases, operates no notable naval fleets, and conducts no relevant air activity. This conspicuous absence across multiple domains feels deliberate rather than accidental, leading one to wonder about the origins and priorities of the development team.In contrast, the app’s military data is overwhelmingly concentrated on the United States and a handful of its allies. This imbalance creates a distinctly one-sided lens that undermines the “World” designation in its name.The military flight tracking feature, in particular, proves disappointing—populated with what appear to be fictional or static aircraft that show little to no realistic movement. Rather than delivering genuine, dynamic intelligence, it often feels ornamental.Beneath the polished UI, the application seems to repackage publicly available Dataminr feeds into an attractive wrapper. As someone with an existing permanent Dataminr subscription, I found little added utility here beyond aesthetics.Final Verdict: The app has potential, but it currently falls short of being a truly global monitor. I will likely revisit it in the future if the developers invest in balanced, substantive data upgrades. Until then, it remains more decorative than indispensable.

Love the app, i hope you can add more feeds though, AP, Reuters, some local news channels. But liking it so far.

The app is very good, it has a great app design, live news and more. But theres just to many purchase-needed features, it should be toned down a little.
