1. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
2. All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

I subscribed to the one day pass because I had gotten reeled in by this story and the story was great but the story was incomplete and all of the stories that I watched on that one day pass were incomplete. They just leave you hanging. some people like stories like that I don’t so I tried to cancel, but I didn’t see anywhere to cancel my subscription before it renewed to go to a week pass. So the next day I was charged the 1999+ tax for a week subscription. I contacted customer service and when I tell y’all in 30 minutes. maybe less they had emailed me back they asked for some information to verify my account and they canceled and refunded my subscription. if you’re short story type of person but remember the short stories are incomplete so if you’re a short story type of person that likes to guess at the ending or make up your own ending, this is the perfect app for you, but I give them five star because the stories that I did look at were very interesting except for that one issue of them leaving me hanging and having to guess at the end I don’t like stories like that and I also give them five stars based off their customer service. Their customer service is great, fantastic, phenomenal. they were quick, very quick at contacting me back and fixing my issues with canceling my subscription and refunding me my money back.

They tell you, you can do a trial run to see if you want their weekly subscription, but will charge you for the weekly subscription either way. They also say that you can cancel the subscription by going to your subscription list anytime, but that is false. It does not come up in your subscription list and when I went to email them about this they still haven’t responded. Ended up canceling my card out of fear of being continuously charged, but not sure if that will work since I used Apple Pay and have a new card on my Apple Pay.
