Our members run Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) serving individuals with developmental disabilities and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) — providing quality, affordable care in real neighborhoods, in family-style homes. Our members are licensed by the Department of Social Services and meet the same Health and Safety Code and Title 22 standards as large corporate operators — the difference is that our homes are in residential communities, and our care is affordable.
