First off, in order to withdraw to any bank/PayPal/Venmo etc, (the name on the card must match the name on the casino account/ your ID) and must have already deposited cash from said card/bank account that you want to withdraw the cash to. Just FYI that goes for any online casino. But love the fan cash Friday chance for some decent money even though “you’re so close” usually is your prize lol but I’ve won some money from that and the daily spins. I just have never once won anything from the fan cash SHUFFLE, that daily game is horrible but the second chance sports betting is nice and a good variety of games to play ‘ I highly recommend!!.

If you’re using the app for purchasing, it is easier than using their website, but there isn’t much other reason to use this app. The sales that they are constantly pushing are highly manipulative because they are almost always offering 20-30% off but the things being advertised like popular jerseys are never included in the sale. It’s mostly dated apparel or jerseys of players on other teams now. The Free games aren’t even worth the time spent to play them. The Fanatics 5 Daily is a huge waste of time. $5 Fancash is the reward and the likelihood of winning is .5%. So you’ll win 1 out of every 200 attempts. If that’s not enough, the other free games are 5 to 10 times as difficult. You’re looking at winning 1 out of every 1,000 to 2,000 attempts. That is straight math, not hyperbole. The Super Bowl game odds are 1 in 62 million to win 25k or 1 in 31 million to win $25 Fancash. I’ll play the lottery for better odds. I understand it’s free to play, so you shouldn’t expect a lot, but to even be worth using my 10 minutes to play them I need a decent chance to justify that time. The bigger issue is that the games constantly crash so 10 minutes easily can become 20-30 minutes. In summary, use to purchase what you were planning to buy anyways, then go on your way. Just know that you aren’t getting a deal like they want you to think you are.

I was sent the wrong jersey after waiting months and my order was called instead of fixed.

I ordered a Tua Tagovailoa Jersey right after the draft because I was so excited to get our teams new franchise QBs jersey. It said there would be a long wait and of course I understood that because there was a lot of people ordering them. I got an email 2 nights ago stating my order finally shipped. I was pumped! When the box came and I opened it I was shocked to see that they had sent me a Tom Brady (who every dolphins fan hates) jersey. I initially laughed it off as a mistake until I started dealing with their customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to submit another order but they were out of stock again and I wouldn’t get it until December- it’s August now. They then told me I better send back the jersey they sent me right away or they would charge me for that too. So after fanatics having my money for months they sent the wrong jersey, cancelled my original order, and threatened to charge me more if I didn’t send the wrong one back right away. But don’t worry they said they would give me free 3 day shipping to make up for it 🙄 which they are already giving everyone free on their website. I will never order from this company again and I doubt I’ll even get my refund for what I already spent. Just terrible.

The only way I am willing to take a huge chance with the very sad few bucks I can use to potentially win, is if the app gives a glimpse of hope which they NEVER DO. The moral of the story is free games are free because the chances of getting anything are none to none; they said forget slim and just make sure it’s NOTHING 😳 If you want to win a bonus through the free FanCash game then YOU MUST DEPOSIT!!! This is by far the biggest proof that nothing in the world is free 😂 The developers maaaaaay respond to people but ONLY if you’re DEPOSITING into their casino just so they can snatch it from you and pass it off to those with true gambling issues. Do NOT go into this casino playing with money you can’t afford to lose because YOU WILL LOSE. If you land a bonus through shuffle, it’s most likely because you’re new to their casino. It’s a GetMoneyTactic!!! They give you that false bit of hope so you THINK you may be a lucky one but once you’re NEWBIE window fades away, you’re placed on a NeverHitBonuses list. I just get upset knowing it’s rigged.
