I’ve had this ring for several years and 6months ago the camera and chime quit working and being a part time handyman I started to reset it but I forgot I was 82 and couldn’t contort myself to see the screws holding it in place and gave up. Then two months later the chime started working but still no camera. Then 6 months later when I had several workers go in and out the front door the camera started. Anybody have an idea how that happened?

We put up 2 Ring doorbells and 1 battery operated camera under our camp house. The footage goes straight to our phones. We not only feel our camp is protected while we are at home, but we get notified when someone is under the house before they come up on the stairs. My husband installed them. We are absolutely satisfied with these cameras and have tried others before. Don’t hesitate to purchase them.

I have had my cameras from Ring since 2022 and my mother lives alone. Sometimes she now has full-blown Parkinson’s. And with the cameras, I’m able to see her and if she’s away, I can protect the property. We just added two new cameras because mom thought she saw someone down at the lake fishing. The lake is dry and there is no one there. Thank you very much. She feels safe for having the cameras I know . Thank you very much, Ring.

I must say I’m a little disappointed. I’ve had Ring products for a very long time. I upgraded my flood camera in the front and it’s fantastic. It came with a outdoor camera and I’m not liking the quality the way the picture comes out. It’s very blurry and it also doesn’t capture too much of that area. It’s like you have to tilt it to a way that can help me look at the area I wanna cover so first time I’m not too crazy about this outdoor camera.

I’ve changed my review as they have fixed all issues and everything is updated and working like it always has Thank You! *****Ever since the update my ring products are not working right my alarm base keeps going off line and can’t get use the app as well as my ring doorbell what’s going on I never had issues tell this update

I can’t see anyone at my door anymore. What can I do as the main phone is in another state stollen. My deceased husband had everything on his phone. Since he passed, his daughters stole his phone he went to visit them and he ended up dying. The one daughter stole over 7k from him and they will not give the phone back either! I asked them for the phone and they refused it but kept making long distance calls from Ga so I shut it down. So can you help me to reset this RING which I purchased!
