Once In A Lifetime Customer Service

I’ll preface this by saying 2 things. 1) I almost never leave reviews, and 2) A two day exchange earned them a loyal user for the foreseeable future.

Like most, I am very eager and thorough when vetting new apps, and this was no exception.
After learning of a web app, I gave it a go and to my dismay found it did not sync accounts across from iOS to web.
I decided to send an email to the help desk, with high hopes but low expectations (as conditioned by experiences with other customer services that don’t follow through).To my joy and surprise, I got not only a follow up email within 24 hours, but continued exchanges AND a SOLUTION that resulted in updates to the app itself, WITHIN 48 hours. Not only was the speed noteworthy, but the genuine interest and care for customers, and that was from one of the founders, Cem, themselves. This app may still be developing, but it’s already immensely useful, and with that attention to detail and desire to improve, I’m eager to see where it ends up. A great team & great app!

Love the app

TLDL Notes is hands down the best app I’ve come across for managing my notes and staying organized! Whether you’re a student, a professional, or just someone who loves jotting down ideas, this app offers everything you need to streamline your workflow.

Very Impressed

I just downloaded this yesterday so I’m still fumbling. I tested it with a Spanish class and was very impressed. I can see that this will become a go-to app.
I have one concern and one observation. First, I can find no means to delete an unwanted set of notes. My first attempt was merely a trial run, but it appears that it may exist on the app through all eternity.
The video instructions, like all such videos, passed by at the speed of light so it was necessary to review it a number of times. That was no problem, but I noticed that the example of test taking result in a grade of F. I hope the student improved on future tests.

About your concern around deleting notes, you can delete them one by one or you can move your unwanted notes to a class and delete the class completely. and..... about the videos :) will let John to fix this video, and his grades immediately -- great eye!
