Fast, easy to use, exactly what I needed.

I was skeptical about a video call with a doctor. Im a first time dad to a one year old boy who would wake up through the night screaming. He had a very mild fever and would fall back asleep after lulling him. Still kept waking up. I didn’t want to rush him to the emergency room late at night and Im wary of hospitals with the current pandemic. I decided to give this app a shot before I escalated the situation. The process was really easy. I entered our info and scheduled a time for the doctor to video call us. Very shortly after the doctor called and quickly diagnosed it as an ear infection. The doctor was friendly, patient and caring. Especially trying to wrangle a strong little boy in pain. She offered soothing remedies and helped put him at ease. Called in prescriptions that were ready as soon as the pharmacy opened in the morning. My son was back to his usual joyful self that afternoon. I saved hundreds of dollars not going to an ER and avoided any risk of exposure. I cannot recommend enough. If you are on the fence its more than cheap enough to try without regretting it.
