AA Crew Check In 4+

Absolutely no research, input from users, experience or testing put into this app. It is unreliable and inconsistent in that it fails to even open frequently. When trying to sign in for a trip it will sometimes simply lock up and require a restart. All aspects of the app are inferior to the old app which brings up the question why was it needed if not a cost decision or an attempt to be able to process the new flight plan program. This it does tediously and sometimes fails to save.
From a company that used to lead airline IT this app is our new normal. Absolute lowest bidder. Total amateur hour.

Even the latest update is a total failure,
You can no longer open up your sequence detail from the calendar, complete failure.
Everything this ID department puts out is cumbersome and halfway completed, none of the applications they ever do a complete job. You have to go to several different places to find the information you need. I feel like I’m running on Windows 3.1.
Is my grandfather running this IT department. Please hire some young programmers that can actually make something that works for this current generation.

Overall Great App! It’s very easy to get used to and the user interface is much sleeker than the previous CCI app. For a new rollout, i think it works great! It tends to crash and also takes a bit to load pages every now and then but it’s expected with a new app. I anticipate once a few software patches roll out, performance will improve.
