A course I am in provided this platform as the ability to watch on mobile but it’s so bad I prefer to use the mobile browser. Navigation is very difficult to figure out, and videos can’t be watched / aka listened to without leaving the screen on. Definitely not mobile friendly. Seems like the app has been abandoned in terms of updates and usability.

This last update completely ruined the app experience. It takes forever to load now, and everything feels slow and unresponsive. What used to be quick and reliable is now frustrating to use. Please fix the performance issues ASAP because this version is not it.

I had to download this application to watch gun safety videos for my course. The lay out is lazy and hard to navigate. On every single video there’s a double audio playback loop. Even when you haven’t started the video , the audio will start so you have to either mute the video or just stop watching. Please fix this bug for your application .

I have been assigned by my company to several courses that do not show up at all in the app version. This app is insanely glitchy and shows no signs of being updated.The 5 star reviews also are non-existent based on looking for them.
