A lot. Many of them make you wait. I wrote ABTimers to help me play. I use it every day. Every time I think "It would be really cool if ABTimers did this or that", I add it as a feature. That's why there are so many settings and options for what should be a simple timer app. If you use ABTimers and you find it doesn't do something, please let me know. I will try to add it.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Fixed some stalling issues.
