App Keeps Crashing:

I reported this issue and no one ever fixes it. The app will work the first time, maybe even the second and third. But prolong use causes it to show just a black screen. The only way to resolve it is to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it. Clearly this is a bug of some sorts but no one is willing to investigate. I hate the idea of having to reinstall the app just to be able to see what my next appointments are. This app is a waste of time and I said disappointment especially in the world were apps like this should be easy and fun as well as informative and effective.

The new Multi-User Management feature allows family members and caregivers to manage multiple clients with a single login. This is especially useful for households where clients share one phone number or need assistance from family or caregivers who manage their services.
