ACPlus Interconnected Care Solutions Platform is a cloud based system that interconnects the patient, ACP's proprietary networked rehabilitation technology, and the facility's EMR platform. The ACPlus App is the link between ACP's rehabilitation technology and the facility's EMR system that provides real-time analytics as well as accurate, efficient, compliant point-of-service documentation.
ACPlus was built for post-acute and rehab partners to remove the longstanding barriers that have limited clinicians and executives from having real-time, accurate, and interconnected data at their fingertips to make better decisions.

ACPlus Respiratory Assessment (ARA):
Assessment Updates
End Test Option Added: Clinicians can safely abort an active ARA test with a required reason and notes, clearly marked as Test Ended Prematurely in ARA reports.
Test Validity Status Indicator: Each assessment is now labeled as Valid, Invalid, or Incomplete above the outcome measures table.
Trial Count Labels Removed: “Trial 1 of 2” labels have been removed for a cleaner outcome measures table. Now, Green dots show valid trials, orange dots show invalid trials, and bubbles highlight highest values automatically.
Improved Validity & Repeatability Logic: Validity is now calculated using the top two FVC and top two FEV1 values from any acceptable trials (3–8).
Automatic Trial Selection: Manual trial selection is removed; the system auto-selects best values based on metric comparison criteria.
Clear Dot & Bubble Legend: Dots indicate trials contributing top values, while bubbles indicate the single highest value per metric.
Predicted Values Table Update: “Selected” is renamed to Best, with automatic best values chosen from all trials.
Updated FEV1/FVC Ratio Calculation: Ratio compared to predicted value is now calculated using best FEV1 divided by best FVC (even if values are from separate trials), aligned with AAFP guidance. A help icon is also added for guidance.
Suggested Patterns Updated: Gray tiles have been enhanced to reflect the latest Suggested Patterns. When applicable, Restrictive Suggested Pattern now states Restrictive or Non-specific Pattern.
Spirometry Summary Text Updated: When applicable, Suggested Pattern now states Restrictive or Non-specific Pattern. Guidance added for valid and invalid tests.
Progress Notes Updates
Progress Notes Timestamp Added: Progress notes now include a device-local timestamp under the clinician’s name for users that are integrated with PointClickCare (PCC).
Vital Sign Toggle:
Vital Signs Toggle Default OFF: Prevents automatic vitals override after completing an ARA assessment. This is applicable to both PointClickCare and MatrixCare integrated users.
