Apple Health Won’t Connect

When you click to connect Apple Health, nothing happens. Please fix ASAP. No one has responded to my customer service emails and I’m missing out on days of Physical Activity to count towards my insurance discount through my employer for using this program.

It worked really well last year so don’t know what the issue is.

We apologizes for the inconvenience. We are working on the fix and it will be available very soon. Also, once the fix is applied all your physical activities will be sync and that way you won't loose any of your past recorded data.

Too many issues!!!

I am trying to use the app as part of my employer program but it does not sync with Apple Health on my phone as the previous program did. This app does not respond to my touchscreen nor is it syncing information already entered on the site. I’ve completed my assessment and it has a date of completion but still says it’s not completed. I’ve had to manually track my physical activity yet it does not sync with this app. I’m disappointed that my company would use this app making it even more difficult for employees to earn what is available to us in the program.

Constant Syncing Issues

The past year the app always needed to be resynced to Apple Health every month or two and I ended up missing my insurance discount because it was not synced during the final month. Now with the new update this year it will not even register anything after trying to sync multiple times. This seems to be an issue with numerous users yet we have still yet to see an update to resolve the issue. The Apple Watch is the most used fitness tracker yet this app does not support it, which is quite baffling.
