You'll be able to quickly, simply, and safely access your water and sewer services with this app. You'll be able to report problems, examine your account details, and make payments. No matter the time or place, with this App you will have the solution at your fingertips.

You can view, download and print your invoice.
• Pay your bill with your credit card, checking or savings

- You will find a record of your previous and current transactions.
• Status of orders:
The system displays the status of all service orders requested in the accounts registered under your name.

• Invoice claim:
If you do not agree with the billed charges, you can claim your bill on or before the due date.

• Payment claim:
Did you make a payment, you verified your history and you see not credited to your account or reflected as "in transit"? Now you can make a claim online in a few minutes.
• Invoice not received.
If you have not received your bill by mail, you can use the app to select the account that is missing the bill, provide us some details so that we can investigate.
• Issue report:
If you detect a issue, via your mobile phone you can take a photo, enter basic information and report it.

• Request a New service
You can request water service activation for residential customers
• Cancel service
You can request to cancel water service for residential customers
• Request a Payment plan
If the debt exceeds $250, you can apply for a repayment plan, in which case your immediate payment will be 40% of the entire amount owed.

Payment page …horrible I tried it does not work. Not user friendly as what AAA thinks.

I reset my password and tried for many days to access my account. Failure. My account is not active. What does it take to achieve success?
This payment page is a waste of the water company’s money.

Unclear Autopay feature

The Autopay feature in the app is not helpful. The app displays if Autopay is active, but no details about what payment method or when—just the maximum amount field, which isn’t even labeled maximum amount. The only choice in the app is to Set Up Autopay again.
Even better, what’s called Autopay in the app is Direct Debit on the website. The Direct Debit payment program is the same as the credit card autopay. Sheesh, call them both Autopay and then let the user see the options when they get there.

On the website, the option is Modify your Direct Debit Settings. Why not the same in the app?

The website FAQs don’t explain the Autopay program in detail either. A good explanation of the Autopay/Direct Debit program is the terms and conditions at the end of the direct debit enrollment form on the website.

Also, the app is a complete lost opportunity to communicate with AAA PR customers to educate them about their water usage, display their comparative usage habits, encourage water conservation, or be better stewards of the island’s drinking water resources.

No extra stars here, AAA. Not enough thought to the UX.

This app smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

I have tried a mini occasion to link my profile to this app and it keeps saying I don’t have an account but when I call in to pay my bill, I have an account number. I do not understand your app whatsoever. Please do something with it so we all can get on here and pay our bill instead of having to call every time, this is the only app out of hundreds that I dealt with has given me a problem I don’t understand why you guys do not want us to pay on this app or to even try and look at our account very frustrated shaking my head this is the worst 🤬🤬🤬
