Best service!
Drivers are always on time (often a little early), they are courteous and know their way around. The fee is set when you book so you know exactly how much you will pay. Cars are really clean. My daughter recommended them to me and she was right!
Not a great app, but an excellent car service
First of all, the service that Addison Lee provides is excellent. Unfortunately, it's not reflected in the ease of use or features on the app itself.
The app doesn't allow one to see reservations unless they were booked through the app, and even then, it's not easy to figure out how to find them. Even more annoying is that notifications come in and disappear and are not easily retrieved through the app. Finally, I could not find a way to find a phone number to call Addison Lee.
Perhaps some of these difficulties were because I just got them off of the long flight, but I think the app needs some serious rework.

Cannot load app because unable to get confirmation number on a US phone. Technical help required. (And yes, I received all other texts to me from other persons, just not AL)
