I used to be obsessed with the Adidas app as one of the best apps if not the best. It’s ease of use, richness and very fluid.However, a recent update to the app is not only driving me nuts, it maybe actually causing the brand to lose sales. This is because when people can’t easily find what they are looking for, they are bound to just exit and move on. Ain’t nobody got time for nonsense. I noticed the new update of adidas app does not let you view your order history and be able to reorder that same item through the order history dashboard.I ordered an item and my friend wanted me to reorder the same item for him. I went to my order history and clicked the item, it showed but would not display in such away to be able to view the item for reorder in such a way to be able to pick the size and view different photos or colors of the item. I had to memorize the item names, exit the order dashboard and search the item using the item name. This is not the case with web view. This issue is only on the app. Honestly, whoever made this update in this way should have their brain examined. This is stupid and annoying. I hope this is fixed immediately!

Hello,I redeemed some of my Adidas points for a 20% off voucher and when I went to check out on my order I could not find my voucher anywhere in the app so I called an Adidas store and the representative tried to walk me through, finding my voucher with no avail, who then directed me to call the customer service number I called the customer service number and she could not find the voucher either. However, she did see that I had redeemed some points for a 20% off voucher she advised me that she could not do a 20% off voucher but she would email me one for 30% off my order. I thought to myself Wow, I’m glad I called customer service to get help because I came out even better by calling them! Thanks Adidas for your great customer service representatives and for recognizing my problem solving my issue. I just placed my order with my 30% off voucher and I am a very happy customer and will recommend Adidas stores and their customer service if they are having any issues with the Adidas app.
Beware of shipping and customer service after order

Made an order 12/08 for a pair of shorts and 2 pairs of shoes around Black Friday time. Received the shorts, but the shoes were stuck at FedEx facility in Bloomington for 8 days no scan for tracking. I called multiple times throughout that time frame about the order and was assured my order would come in and it was in express transit. 1 day later, Come to find out that was not the case and my package was now considered "lost" they had to issue a refund 2 days before Christmas. To note: Adidas uses fedex as a shipper, and they basically have zero control of anything once they ship out THEIR products. So you can’t contact the FedEx facility Adidas does and they are basically useless until the refund process is started. They will DOUBLE charge your credit card to make sure YOU have the funds, but will not deliver on THEIR products and be basically worthless in ensuring your items get to you UNLESS YOU CALL THEM REPEATEDLY (5 times) ABOUT YOUR ORDER. So in other words you will be doing half of customer services job for them, while they spew back the same tracking information you can see for yourself. Adidas will sit with your money well over a week past delivery date and do nothing but give you empty statements about your order while you wait for them to deliver on their end of the bargain, and just tell you to place the order again after the refund, pay full price, and go thru a price adjustment process. Sad to truly see the degradation of customer care and company accountability.

I sincerely hope that a company such as Adidas doesn’t think there handling of the Ivy Park drops are acceptable. The app is glitchy and the system overall, whether on the app or the webpage is not reliable for any drop. Thousands of people post via social media about lack of transparency in time of drops (bc we actually have jobs to work around your random schedule), the inability to preview the items a few days ahead instead during the stampede of people trying to purchase, and the lack of a complete process for when your system will or will not accept a payment. I received a confirmation order with no charge to my bank, no email, or app update reflecting the item was ordered/purchased. I deleted the app as instructed and tried more than several times. My job is not to troubleshoot Adidas platforms, and honestly whoever you are paying to troubleshoot is doing a VERY poor job. Completely understand that your systems will be overwhelmed due to star power that is Beyoncé, but it is frustrating that we spend hours trying to navigate these hurdles for nothing. Maybe you didn’t/don’t have the infrastructure to handle the weight of what a client like Beyoncé brings (ie. The Beyhive), but PLEASE consider stepping your game up 1,000%. It is truly not a representation of the work our beloved Beyoncé has put in over the span of her career.
