This app has been super reliable for me. It lets me stay connected with patients even when I’m away from the office, which is huge. Messaging is smooth, notifications work as expected, and I’ve never had any issues. Makes staying responsive on the go really easy.

This company lies about everything, their app or desktop application never works. 9 months of continuous issue no calls can be made or answered. They know the problem but all they say it being worked on for 9 months. I would avoid this company until they get their product in order. I’ve lost so much time on the phone with adit just to get no where. All of their employees are overseas, and literally never understand English. They hire cheap labor prob paying them under 5$ an hour to trouble shoot. And there upper management are just as confused of there product.

This app/software for the dental practice is the best. Gives combination of messaging that is better than weave on group text versus 1 at a time. Also the phone system was provided for free and so we saved on that also through Weave. We use to have Dental intelligence is $500 for just the numbers data. Then paid weave another $500 for patient confirmation system. So we basically save since Adit does all of these things. We love it.

The app was very helpful because I can see the schedule anywhere as long as I open the app. But after the latest update, the schedule tab is nonexistent. Makes things really inconvenient now. Why would the developers do that? I hope they bring it back soon with a new update. And I couldn’t use the app with updating it. Wondering if they’re locking out features for some reason.
