See when a reading was recorded, explore its source and compare changes with your own earlier records. • Your day at a glance: a focused summary and rotating metric cards. • Sleep in context: explore recorded sleep time, stages and efficiency together. • AEVM AI: on-device summaries for today, seven days, thirty days or ninety days of available records. • Apple Watch: Standard everyday use and Active sessions, with saved-session sync confirmation. • Home-screen widget: selected readings and a short summary. • Your choices: control Health access, read the calculation methods and export saved daily evaluations. Oura, WHOOP and Hume users can share supported readings through their companion apps and Apple Health. Available categories depend on the device, permissions and companion app. AEVM creates its own summaries from shared readings. Your daily score combines sleep, movement-goal progress and recovery comparisons with your own earlier readings. Tap the score to see its breakdown and method. It is a wellness summary, not a measure of clinical health risk. AEVM provides wellness information, not emergency monitoring, diagnosis or treatment. State, Sources, Settings, Watch recording and syncing remain available without a subscription. AEVM Plus unlocks detailed Body views and AEVM AI summaries. Monthly and yearly plans include the same features. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. In Australia, plans cost A$4.99 per month or A$29.99 per year after the trial.
