AgentZap answers your business calls when you can't, and this app is where you find out what it did — every call it handled, every message a caller left, and the handful of things actually waiting on you. WHAT YOU'LL SEE Home — whether your agent is answering right now, what yesterday looked like, and what needs you today. Calls — who rang, what they wanted, and how long it took. Open any call for a plain summary, the recording and the full transcript. Call back in one tap. Messages — what callers asked you to pass on, and what your agent sent on your behalf. Swipe one away once you've dealt with it. Summary — your day, your week or your month in numbers, including the time you didn't spend on the phone. Contacts — everyone your agent has spoken to, most recent first, with how often they've called. NOTIFICATIONS THAT EARN THEIR PLACE A caller leaves a message, you hear about it. Everything else is optional: turn on a nudge for every answered call, or a summary each morning of what happened yesterday. Lock-screen notifications show the caller's name, number and a one-line summary — never the transcript or the recording. WORKS WHEN YOUR SIGNAL DOESN'T Calls, messages and summaries stay readable with no connection, and anything you mark as handled syncs when you're back. AgentZap is for businesses already using the AgentZap AI receptionist. You'll need an account on a workspace to sign in — your workspace owner creates it.
