Agility 4+

Agility Mobile version 1.33 includes the second phase of Crowdsourcing; users can now send jobs out via Crowdsourcing using a users location, service and tag. This version also includes improvements to the routesheet functionality, the ability to manage users through external ID providers, and UI improvements throughout the App.

Crowdsourcing P2:
Jobs can now be sent out as crowdsourcing using the additional user checks:
Select a user using location
Select a user using services
Select a user using tags
A new page has been added to the App for users using the location user check, mobile users can view the zone they are currently assigned to and update their location via the App
This Zone selection page can be configured on/off via the Admin Portal. By default, this is switched off
Notification improvements
When repeat notification is enabled for CS jobs, these repeat notifications will group within your device's notification center and hide duplicates

Routesheet enhancements:
Users can now save in progress routesheet checklists
If there is more than one checklist attached to the routesheet item, users can now back and forth between each checklist, in sequential order.
If the routesheet item contains instructions these will now display on the routesheet completion page
RS status selection is now default to null and the selection has been changed from a drop down selection to radio buttons
UI improvements & information messaging to the user has been added to the asset selection page of RS items when the job is not in active status, to let users know they cannot interact with the RS items on that page

Other App improvements:
If a job is marked as urgent, a red high priority symbol will appear on the job card to alert users the job is high priority
Completion comments displayed in the App now include the users name, date and time stamps and relevant completion information; completion comments are now presented in the following format [Date/Time] [Task code]: [Username] “Completion comment” [Completion Type]
If a job is transferred to another user, completion comments will display this information to the next user in the following format [Date/Time] [Task Code]: [Username] “Completion comment” [Transferred to: Insert Recipient Username]
Users can now sort by Job Code when sorting Your jobs and Available jobs
If 2 Factor Authentication has been set as mandatory and the user has used all their skips to set 2FA up, a page has been added to the App which will present to the user when they have reached their final skip, this page will direct the user to set up 2FA before they can log in to the App

Bugs fixed:
Fixed a bug that stopped the In tray icon flashing when high priority crowdsourced jobs are received
Fixed a bug that if a job priority custom sort order was set in Agility, this custom sort order did not filter through to the App when raising a job or request
Fixed a bug that allowed users to click into helpdesk request details but HDR details cannot be viewed in the app; when viewing an assets history, users can view HDR cards but cannot click into the details
Fixed a bug which allowed external contractors to send and receive co-worker requests
Fixed a bug that caused checklists to incorrectly save in Agility if a large number was entered into a textbox interval field
Fixed a bug that caused the date range filter to not select and present the filter correctly
Fixed a bug which when pressing back from a job details page, users were taken to the top of their jobs list, rather than kept in the place of the job card they entered
Improved performance on checklist pages when a user has little or no connection to reduce App crashes
Improved the process of logging into the App with notification handling improvements
Improved handling of the barcode reader on routesheet pages when a user has denied camera permissions to reduce App crashes
