Choose which apps wait, and what they wait for. Ahonui blocks them until the run is in, the water is drunk or the fast is kept, then gets out of the way. Every health app we tried asked nicely, then sent a notification, and we swiped it away with the same thumb that opened the feed. So we built the tracker and the block as one thing. It knows the run is done because it counted the run. You write the rule. Ahonui keeps it. Fast, move, drink water, sleep, weigh in. Pick the ones that matter to you and the days they apply, then name the apps that wait for them. A blocker on a timer cannot tell that the fast is over or the miles are in. Ahonui can, so the block lifts the moment they are. Not all or nothing. One app back at 16 oz, the next at 32, the rest at 64. You choose the order they return in. Keep the apps you love. Your running app, your watch and the scale already write to Apple Health. Ahonui reads it, and the block lifts on their word. Nothing to re-log, nothing to replace. Your agent, not ours. We are not building you another chatbot. Ahonui connects to the assistant you already pay for, and it is included, with nothing extra to buy. Describe lunch and the meal is in, macros and all. It can never choose which apps are blocked. That choice never leaves your phone. Willpower is unreliable. Being seen is not. A friend sees three of five kept and nothing else, never what you logged. They can leave a word on your block screen, or spend a gem they earned to save a day of yours. No ads. Nothing sold, ever. Your health data stays in Apple Health, your meal photos never leave the backend, and deleting your account is a button. Blocking apps is deliberately hard to wriggle out of. With strict mode on there is no button to open it anyway. That is the point. Ahonui is Hawaiian for patience, the long breath. One day kept, then the next. Start with one protocol and one app. Seven days free, then one plan with everything in it. Needs Screen Time, and Apple Health if you want what you already record to count.
