Hi there, could someone please help me? I reached out earlier but haven’t heard back. I’m having trouble with the app as it seems to be stuck and I can’t add voice files to the transcript. If you can reply back with a phone number or another email, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks so much

This app is not ready for prime time. In live transcription, it crashes repeatedly. in regular upload to transcribe and transform it locks up with longer transcription tasks. The developers need to go back and make sure the product is fully tested for regular consumer use. the program still has plenty of bugs to fix.
