I was really excited to try Make AI Veo 3 because the video quality and promise of cinematic AI generation looked amazing. But the actual user experience was incredibly frustrating and misleading.I ended up burning through all my credits just entering prompts! without realizing that each prompt submission was already charging me, even if I didn’t generate a final video!! There’s no clear warning, no confirmation step, and no obvious feedback that a video is being processed. I thought the app wasn’t working, so I tried again… and again… until all my credits were gone and I had nothing to show for it.This is not beginner-friendly, and it feels like a trap for users who are just trying to learn the system. There should be clear labeling, confirmation dialogs, and a real chance to preview or retry without being punished.Until the interface is fixed and better safeguards are in place, I can’t recommend this at all. If you value your credits or time, stay far away or prepare to be disappointed.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, but we must clarify that your claims are inaccurate and misleading for other users. Our app clearly indicates when a video is being generated. On the home screen, multiple warnings are shown - including a prominent message during the loading screen that says “Don’t close the app while your video is generating.” The credit cost per video is shown right bottom of the page, and the app updates your credit balance visibly after each generation. This isn’t hidden or ambiguous. Submitting a prompt initiates the generation process immediately - just like with every other AI model out there. Once a prompt is submitted to the model, it cannot be undone or previewed - this is standard behavior across the AI industry. Not specific to us, this is how AI works.Thousands of users generate videos daily using our app without facing this issue. If you didn’t see the warnings, we respectfully suggest reviewing the interface again before making public claims that can mislead others.Still, we understand the frustration if this was your first experience with an AI video app. If you believe this was due to a misunderstanding, feel free to reach out at k.sertkaya@campuslmu.de - we’ll do our best to make it right.
