So easy, an adult can do it!

I constantly have to ask my teenage son to help me with most things technology related. Even when I’m halfway through “figuring something out” I usually have to call him in to fix or change whatever I’m missing but this program is so easy I was actually able to use it myself. I appreciate the fact that the free trial is actually a free trial. I’ve tried so many programs where the free trial just lets you create the building blocks of something and then if you want to see the final project you have to pay for it. I mean who would pay for that? You have no idea if it would be worth it. This program let me create a couple of projects from start to finish. After the first two I was already checking prices for unlimited membership. Personally I think it’s worth it but what do I know, I’m just an adult 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can just imagine how magnificent is gonna be once I upload an actual video of me speaking! It’s already a solid five out of five for me so I know it’s gonna take it up a notch or more. The app itself is pretty cool but if you choose to upgrade to the paid plans, you better hope and pray there isn’t some kind of glitch that screws something up, because their customer service is not helpful in the slightest - and so you end up spending money on features that you can’t ever actually use and then their only solution is to upgrade again (requires paying more) so you can use it on Desktop because they say that’s how you get the full experience. I went back and forth with their email team trying to fix my problem I don’t even know how many times and nobody could get it figured out. Then I chatted in on their website and the representative just stopped chatting back! Like the equivalent of hanging up on me if we were in a phone conversation. Just stopped responding. Absolutely ridiculous. So it’s a cool app but I would NEVER recommend it to anyone because of this recent experience.
