From what I've seen, it's completely free and very user-friendly. In my opinion, it's even more useful than Chatgpt because instead of sifting through countless links and articles, you can simply ask a prompt and get an answer within seconds in professional way. I appreciate that I can fact-check the information it provides, and even ask for more clarity within the same thread. It's almost creepy how human-like it seems, but I'm relieved that it always remains polite and helpful, never getting an attitude.

Long story short, I must’ve accidentally hit the subscription button I unsubscribe before a charge could be made yet for the past week. It has been trying to charge me $40 for a yearly subscription and I do not use the app. I have contacted customer service and am waiting patiently for their response. I cannot make any other payments to the subscriptions that I actually want until this matter is resolved. I am not subscribed to the service. Therefore, the charges should not be applied. Apple told me pretty much to go f myself.
