The app works pretty well but ever since it updated I have been having issues with it shutting off my heater when I close the app. I don’t know if it’s because I’m on iPhone and the power button is at the bottom and when I close the app it hits the button? I’m not sure why it does this but it is annoying.

As the title states the app works for the most part. My biggest issue with this app is turning off and on the heater. The power button must be pressed for an exact amount of time to cycle on or off. However, if the power is held too long or too short nothing happens, OR (my personal peeve) is that if you do manage to turn it off, IT WILL START UP AGAIN WITH NO USER INPUT!!! Too many times I have gone to work a 10 hour shift and come home to my heater RUNNING after I turned it off.

Other issues I have are that it doesn’t report the correct elevation. I’ve seen it range from 170m to 250+m. I’ve noticed that the “elevation” is actually air pressure. Another bigger issue is that it doesn’t report the correct air temperature either. The temperature reported by the heater and actual air temperature is off by at least 10C!

The previous 2023 app build was solid beautiful design, colors, layout and function’s. However new 2024 update is terrible heater will randomly turn on of shutdown on minimizing or closing app on iPhone and shutting down unit forcing a shutdown and restart thar takes 5-10 minutes. There’s an old saying, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Bring back the old app version that was nicely designed, had great functionality and did not shutdown the diesel heater unexpectedly and causes safety concerns. This error has major safety concerns and could result in property damages or potentially death app builders need to fix immediately or revert back last stable version.
