Airway Gym offers you a series of daily exercises to do with your smartphone. You can perform them at anytime you like, as an example you can do some exercises in the morning and do the remaining ones later in the day before going to bed.
The App includes:

• Queries: You can directly consult your personal trainer using a private chat while maintaining confidentiality of your personal contact numbers.

• Help: We offer a form within the App by which you can send us your suggestions or questions.
The App allows you to be supervised by your personal trainer. You can also keep in touch and communicate with him/her. It does not include one though. A personal trainer can be a rehabilitator, instructor, myofunctional therapist, a physiotherapist, a speech therapist, an otolaryngologist, etc ... usually the same person who treats you.
