AKtivate Fitness, created by owner and coach Adrien King, is an all-encompassing fitness studio dedicated to activating goals and transforming the lives of every individual. We incorporate boxing, kickboxing, functional training, strength & conditioning, and speed & agility to provide a dynamic and versatile experience in every class. The heart behind our vision is to meet people wherever they are within their fitness journey, provide the coaching, accountability, and community support to entrust that their goals are activated.
