Studio Volare is the premium indoor cycling and barre studio in Raleigh, North Carolina. At Studio Volare, our goal is to guide you through an innovative, inspirational, enjoyable and safe experience that benefits the mind, body, and soul. The Studio Volare experience is carefully curated to be different from a gym or typical boutique fitness studio. From check-in to goodbye it's truly more than a workout - it's an experience. Our signature Bike classes are a first-of-their-kind indoor cycling experience. Combining the most effective, safe, and fun elements of this modality, our indoor cycling classes are crafted with intelligence and passion, and our method is backed by science. It's a highly effective party on the bike. Our signature Barre classes are high-intensity, low-impact, and functional strength training workouts. Unlike other barre classes, our Barre classes utilize heavy weights and emphasize functional movements in all planes of motion, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
