It used to work, now it’s useless for Aleck 006. Last update killed it.

Won’t pair at all.

Aleck go is shutdown and this launches with less features

We are weeks out from the season start and I wanted to check the aleck go app for updates to my Aleck 006. The entire company seems rebranded with a new app and the old one shut down. Which is fine, I’m all for progress and new features but the UI of this app is painful. While the headphones claim hi fidelity audio but I would say the audio quality is closer to the headphones an airline gives out for free. When you tune the eq they become tolerable but that feature is gone now. Maybe it’s hidden but the process to add my set to the the app seems broken and there is no ability to tune the eq, update or anything that I was hoping to find with the app.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We take your comments seriously, and we’re constantly working to enhance our app, products, and services. The EQ can be accessed by tapping on your paired Aleck device within the app on the home page, then selecting 'audio lab.' Having raised this issue with our support team, they have mentioned that the EQ cannot be accessed unless the device is fully paired within the app. If you need assistance with app setup or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@aleck.io.
