I deleted the app after I had issues signing in, I thought it was useless. I had to call the 800 to make a payment. The lady I spoke to quickly saw the issue with the app. She got me signed in without any problem! So much easier to make payments!

I had a couple of statements from Alfa that I need to pay. The statement encourages customers to pay online using the Alfa2go app. So, I decided to download the app to my iPad. The short version is that after several tries, each time the app would download, but the app icon did not install. There was only a placeholder with the Alfa2go caption. If the developer cannot get something as fundamental as installingj the app logo right, I’m not about to trust the app with my payment info. I don’t understand why a company with an otherwise good reputation would promote this app.Response to developer.First, I see nothing in the App Store description that indicates that that this app is not compatible with iPads. In fact, in the info section it explicitly says “Works on this iPad”.Second, as a now retired life-long developer I have to ask … there are tens of thousands of iOS apps that are compatible with both iPhones and iPads, why would you choose to not make your app iPad compatible also?Third, I like most other senior citizens, find it much easier to use apps on tablets than phones**. Ask around if you don’t believe me. It is a bad look for Alfa to overlook this detail. Especially since they are pushing the use of online access.**Just in case you are wondering: Tablets have larger print, larger keyboards, more info displayed on a page (less info to have to remember). That is just stuff that becomes more important as one ages.

I’ve had this app for 2+years and it has never works for making payments... It’s useless! I left Alfa because you don’t take care of your software issues, I came back a year later hoping it would be fixed and my agent assured me it would work. 6 months into it and your system is still broke, it’s showing my account from 3 years ago… a very upset customer and one who will put this on social media..After 3 different “technical assistance” personel, I finally got put on the call back status Mrs Kathryn called me and I told her my issue and she fix it. She fix it in less than 5 minutes, you need to give her a raise. She just kept a customer who was about to go find a new company and leave Alfa for the second time in 18 months… I’m gonna stay with Alfa because you have finally got some good people on staff.

This app barely works, it does not allow you to pay your bill in the app, and the website that it directs you to won’t let you pay your bill either. I was going to give it to stars because Alfa as a company is wonderful, but this ad doesn’t even deserve a full star.I have just had to bite the bullet and pay a $10 late fee because I paid it on the app a week ago, three days ago I got a text saying that I never pay my bill, so I tried paying it online again, today I got an email saying I still owe…. I finally just called customer service, and because I set up auto pay three days ago when it wouldn’t even let me attempt to pay my bill they’re saying that I didn’t try to pay it a week ago like I did.
