alias: sell sneakers + apparel 9+

I sell almost all of my shoes on Goat and have a seller score of almost 600. Alias is really useful for being able to see more sale data especially for used shoes which is primarily what I sell. However this app is really buggy. Currently I am having an incredibly frustrating issue for my goat storage listings where the inner angle photo disappears when I am submitting them for sale, but I cannot retake this inner angle photo because I don’t have the shoes with me, they’re in goat storage at their facilities which is the whole purpose of doing goat storage flips. I know the photos are there because relisting used shoes in goat storage uses the same photos from when I bought them including the inner photo except it disappears when the shoes reach goat storage. I have had this happen 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the goat employees don’t seem to understand what I am talking about when I email them. Overall I love goat and believe it is infinitely better than StockX and I feel like alias is an amazing idea but it needs a lot of work.

Every single time I sell a KangaROOS branded shoe, alias’s verification team cancels the order, takes $10 from me (new policy) and says I sent them the incorrect sized shoe. I proceed to open a support ticket with them. Back and forth, back and forth only to have their team rep send me a Nike size chart to say “look…see? you’re wrong” - Sorry alias, take accountability. Look at KangaROOS’s size chart on their actual branded website. They jump from EU 44 to EU 45. There is no EU 44.5. A KangaROOS branded EU size 44 is equal to a US size 10.5. Why is your team using a Nike size chart for a KangaROOS shoe? Sizing is not universal across all brands. It just isn’t. Sometimes when I open a support ticket with alias they take fault and will honor the sale. Unfortunately, this time around they’ve canceled my sale and are giving me the runaround when I direct them to look at KangaROOS’s website and past support tickets I had with them for the very same issue. I can’t seem to get a customer rep who knows that KangaROOS sneakers are NOT Nike sneakers. BEWARE SELLERS: Don’t waste your time selling other name branded shoes on this app, unless you like being frustrated all of the time. Do better, alias! I don’t know why you all can’t seem to get this right on your end? It’s 2024!

Goat app has been my absolute favorite app for buying and selling apparel, I have been selling for over 2 years. After I download the Alias app a pair of shoes I sell get rejected and get sent back to me. The address I gave Alias was mysteriously gone and a completely random return address appeared was entered. My shoes are now sitting in a post office for 4 days because the address is incorrect. I contacted support before the package was even shipped to make sure it was the correct address and they told me it was correct. I then go to USPS after waiting multiple days on an update and they tell me that they can either ship the package back to to origin and have it reshipped to me or I can pick up on a time frame that is unable to co-exist with school and work etc. extremely disappointed with customer support.
