Do not use AlignerCo. They will take your money, create a plan that will not fully correct your teeth. I expressed concerns and was gaslit into thinking it was correct. I wore the aligners as requested and after treatment I expressed my concerns that my front teeth were still not correct. I was told I need a refinement treatment and that it was $200. I paid the $200 and sent in new impressions. Over a month later I get an email that states that “my teeth got relapsed” which is not true. The original aligners still fit perfectly and are not correct. The company is now saying I need to pay for a full treatment. Completely unacceptable and fraud. I have asked for a refund will be filing with the BBB.

I agree with several other users that I feel like I was scammed, and I do not even know if the company is licensed to perform tele-dentistry. After 12 trays for my top and bottom teeth, my minor misalignment was not corrected. I was asked to pay additional $200 for refinement but the company is avoiding providing additional treatment for 6 months now, by saying the imprint was not usable so I need to pay more money for additional imprint kit. Then they claimed my teeth were relapses, although I was continuously wearing the retainer, so I am not a candidate for the refinement and I need to purchase another full plan again. I am considering reporting this company to the consumer agency.

Cancel your order IMMEDIATELY. They will give you a hard time. I’ve never had an experience like this with any legitimate company in my life. They are not legit. They are NOT verified by the Better Business Bureau because they have too many complaints. And according to other reviews, their aligners don’t work for simple issues such as closing a gap. It’s been a goose chase receiving a refund and I requested a refund 24hrs after purchase, which is in their refund policy. They are deceitful and will do anything they can to hold on to any money they got from you. Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam.
