A big jump from 1.3.0 — five weeks of work landing in one release. The main shifts: - **Direct messages are now their own Allots.** Each conversation with someone has its own card, gallery, settings, and member list — just like the rest of your Allots. Open the right card and everything you've shared with that person is right there. - **A new way to find what you want.** Pinch open your Allot to see your photos and videos grouped by **Year** (with hero cards), **Month** (Google Photos–style mosaic), or browse **All**. Tap any photo to open a redesigned fullscreen viewer with a slide-up info sheet that shows where and when it was taken, camera details, and lets you favorite it with one tap. - **Chat lives inside your Allot.** The chat is now a bottom sheet that pulls up from underneath the gallery — pull it up to chat, drop it down to browse. Searching inside an Allot ("photos of food", "document with the pricing", "messages from Wojtek") happens in the same sheet, no leaving the Allot. - **Hide Allots you don't need on the home screen.** Swipe right on any Allot and tap Hide to declutter the grid. Filter by All / Mine / Private / Hidden along the top. Hidden Allots quietly re-surface if you start sending messages there again, or after a week of no activity if you change your mind. - **Big video uploads — finally reliable.** Sending a several-hundred-megabyte 4K clip used to crash some Android phones or fail silently. Now they compress and upload reliably, with a percentage so you can see exactly what's happening at each step. - **Edit your messages.** Spotted a typo? Long-press a message you sent within 15 minutes and tap Edit. The text updates in place — for everyone in the chat — with a small "edited" tag next to the time. - **Copy and paste, made nicer.** Long-press any message → **Copy** drops the text to your clipboard. Copy a photo from anywhere on your phone, switch back to Allots, and a one-tap "Paste image" suggestion appears above the chat input. - **Galleries that don't reshuffle.** Scrolling deep into a heavy trip Allot no longer makes earlier photos shift around when more load in. Items stay where you left them. - **Upload recovery.** If you close the app mid-upload (or it gets backgrounded by the system on a low-memory phone), a pill at the top tells you and lets you resume, retry, or clear the queue. Failed sends in chat now offer Retry alongside Delete. - **Inviting people, simplified.** When you try to add someone to a chat and everyone in the Allot is already in it, you'll see a one-tap "Invite to this Allot" button instead of being told to dig through menus. - **Lots of polish.** Bigger filter icons in the gallery, clearer "your message was read" indicators, smarter chat-list previews (no more raw mention codes), fewer unexpected clipboard suggestions, and a workspace info screen that scrolls all the way to its last button.

What's new in Allots: • Listen anywhere. Voice messages and shared audio keep playing when you switch apps or lock your phone, with full controls on the lock screen and Control Center — a treatment most messengers reserve for their music app. There's a new mini-player at the bottom of the screen: drag it down to dismiss, tap to jump back into the chat. Pin a voice note or any audio file to keep it offline for later. • Uploads that don't disappear when you do. Send any number of files at once. If your connection drops, your battery dies, or you accidentally swipe the app away, a pill on next launch lets you resume in one tap. Most messaging apps silently lose those files; Allot remembers them. Stop a single upload from its bubble, retry a failed one in place, and you'll be told straight away if your signal is too weak to continue. • Find anything you've ever shared. Allot reads the text inside every photo and document — receipts, contracts, business cards, scanned PDFs in English or Polish — and indexes it automatically. Type what you remember and the right file shows up, jumped to the matching page. No more endless scrolling through years of shared media. • Allots, not group chats. Pin your favourite Allots to the top of the grid (synced across every device). Swipe right to pin; left to Invite, Leave or Delete — colour-coded so destructive actions are unmistakable. Your shared photos, videos and documents are the home screen for every Allot — open one and they're right there in order. • A cleaner chat list with smarter DM routing. Avatar, name, last message and timestamp on every row. Swipe right to hide a chat you're done with. Starting a new DM with someone who's in several of your Allots?
