Thank you for using allpay! We’re starting to regularly update our app to fix bugs, improve performance and add new features to help make your payment experience faster, easier and with the most up to-date security. The first major change is, following your feedback, the reintroduction of PIN functionality for faster log in.

This version of the App is a complete re-write which is using the latest technology frameworks in order to support the newest phones and operating systems available. We have improved it's reliability and maintainability, including replacing the PIN functionality with an email and password login approach and will provide access to the 3DSecure V2 payment security mechanisms. There are also improvements to the Outlet Finder for finding Paypoint and Post Offices nearby, if you need to pay using your swipe card. We would like to apologise to all those who have experienced issues in using the App previously and this version should remedy those issues. Should there be any further problems in the App we will look to resolve them as swiftly as we can.
