I've been using the app for about 2 years and it has improved since then. Occasionally some issues login in but nothing major. Approving hours can be tedious since you have to confirm one at a time which can take a while when you receive an entire month of work. It be great to be able to check all the dates at once then confirm all. After all, you can cancel any dates you need to afterwards. Overall, the app is getting better.

The app is really user friendly. I have been using this app for three years. It’s easy to clock in and clock out. If the company has you submit pictures you can do that as well. Leave notes if needed. The company if fast to reply if there is an error. The only downfall is the no time overlapping… so if you clock out for one brand and in for the other you have to have a gap between of at least a min. Sometimes that’s a little frustrating. But other than that the app is great. Reminds you about clocking in and clocking out.

I have used this site for a few years.After covid apparently the makers of this app/website all got long covid and because too tired to care about it anymore.It. Is. A. Joke.But employers will force you to use it. Know that it gets your location wrong even when standing INSIDE or in front of the building you are working in that day…it will say you are not there.Your login for your dashboard will not work for another jobe search…except sometimes when it does…on your desk top…but never the app itself.Customer service are nice people who are clearly underpaid and cannot actually help unless it is for the specific problem you are having THEN.But if the same problem happens again…because it will happen again… you must waste more time talking to nice, yet clearly underpaid people.This whole endeavor is about making payroll easier for the employer it is not about you finding more work…even when they constantly send you emails … so many emails…with job matches that have links…that dont work.Except sometimes…when they do…but consistency is just not their bag.Absolute trash. If there were negative stars I would use them.

Allwork, Using the app has been easy to work with . Able to get our schedules as soon as it is post . I do appreciate the alerts when we have new assignments or when it’s time to clock in or out . They only challenge I feel is when needing to speak with a representative can be hard to get in reach of a specialist. We should be able to get a hold to someone more promptly to address our concerns. For the most this app has been a positive experience.
