Crashes every time any operation is done

On an iPhone 14. This app is comically unstable. It crashes every time you add a measurement or scan the meter or change screens or do just about anything else.

The fact that they’re not rushing out patches on an emergency red alert type of schedule to get the stability higher is baffling. Must have outsourced its development and now are stuck with not being able to make changes or something weird.

It will get the job done. But be prepared to re-open the all 2 or 3 times to get your meter read most times.

Helps my little buddy

My fur baby has had diabetes for around 2 years. We tried several glucose monitors and they were unable to read his high sugar levels. Alpha Trak3 is what most vets use so I decided to give it a try. While the goal is to not have high sugar levels it is helpful that the unit is able to read higher than 400. When taking my buddy to the vet was stressful for him and his curves were being skewed the vet was able to approve me doing his curve at home since I had the same unit they use and being able to just download the data made everything super easy. Why I didn’t go full 5 stars is because the app is buggy sometimes…. Like right now it just won’t load after launch.

Frustrated pet Mom

I just purchased the Alphatrak3 and cannot get it to set up nor can I get this app to work either. What a waste. How can one be expected to help their diabetic fur family members if Alphatrak’s systems are not reliable.
